DMC Beeswax Balms returns policy

DMC Beeswax Balms stand by the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. ​If a product doesn't meet the quality standards you expect, please contact us at hoppersdeb@hotmail.com within seven days of receiving the product and we will gladly replace the product or refund your money.

For products purchased online, please email us at hoppersdeb@hotmail.com with your postal address so we can send you a pre-paid postage label for returning the product to us at the address below for replacement or a refund. Online purchase refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase of the product.

For a product purchased from a retail store, you can either return it to the store or email us for a pre-paid postage label. Please include a receipt if possible and payment details if requesting a refund.
